But I couldn’t really justify buying a foundation worth 62 USD. I once checked out Beauty Bar and saw that it’s available in Manila. It costs a whopping 2750 pesos. Maybelline Color Elixirs. It’s a new formulation that’s currently the in-thing for drugstore companies. It is a lipstick-lipgloss-balm kind of hybrid product. I think L’oreal also came up with a similar product late last year. I think they’re called Maybelline Lip Polish here in the Philippines. I’ve seen this once in the local counters and they seem to have limited colors and different color names too.
I have been hearing a lot about these NARS lip pencils from bloggers and Youtubers from all over the world. I finally succumbed and bought my first one 4 weeks ago at Rustan’s Shangrila. It was actually Anna from VDM who made me do it. She posted about the NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Cruella on this post. I was like, okay, I have to get it.
